The incision is made with a tissue-sparing radio-wave scalpel. For upper eyelids, the scar follows the natural fold and becomes discreet over time.

Your eyelid surgery trip to Prague
The clinic is located in central Prague, just a 2–3-minute walk from I. P. Pavlova metro station on the red Line C. The procedure takes about 45 minutes under local anaesthesia, and you can return home the same day.
Day 1 — arrive
Fly into Prague (PRG) and rest. From the airport, the Airport Express (AE) bus runs to Praha hlavní nádraží, followed by one metro stop to I. P. Pavlova. A taxi takes about 30 minutes.
Day 2 — surgery
The procedure takes around 45 minutes under local anaesthesia, with no hospital stay. We recommend arriving the night before and staying in Prague for at least 2 nights after surgery.
Days 3–4 — recover in Prague
Take it easy and enjoy some gentle sightseeing as you recover. For your flight home, drink plenty of water, use your eye drops as advised, avoid alcohol and coffee, move around regularly, and sleep with your head elevated if possible.
Days 7–10 — stitches out
Stitches can be removed by your GP at home, or free of charge at our clinic if you stay in Prague longer. Your doctor will discuss the details with you during the free online consultation.
